MagnaView CEO Erik-Jan van der Linden was invited to give a presentation at the VizMaster Industry Day (Darmstadt, Germany; January 20-21).
In a line-up of speakers from both Industry and Academia, van der Linden described how the field of Business Intelligence and Visual Analytics meet. Visual, real-time analysis, is more and more required as a ‘natural’ feature of BI-products.
While applications allow myriads of complex visualizations, it is vital to keep visualizations simple in order to have users spend limited time.
